- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened apple juice
- ¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened soy milk, preferably homemade
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup (120 ml) ice cubes
Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10. Blend for 15 to 20seconds, until the drink has a slightly slushy consistency. Serve immediately.
