Strawberry Yogurt Freeze

This delightful, two-ingredient dessert can be whipped up in under ten minutes. And since it is just yogurt and strawberries, you could even serve it for breakfast!

PREPARATION: 10 minutes PROCESSING: 30 to 60 seconds YIELD: 3¼ cups (780 ml)

1 cup (240 ml) vanilla low-fat yogurt

1 pound (454 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries

Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. In 30 to 60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and 4 mounds should form in the mixture. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
