Kids (and the kid in all of us) love slurping up a sweet shake through a straw. Vegan and bursting with zippy fresh fruit flavor, this shake will be a hit with young and old alike.
Preparation :
15 minutes PROCESSING:40 seconds YIELD:3¼ cups (780 ml)
Ingredients :
- 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice
- ¾ cup (180 ml) soy milk
- ½ lemon, peeled1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup (187 g) frozen mango chunks
Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and slowly increase the speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for40 seconds.
